The agreement
These terms govern your use of DRM Suite. By requesting a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
Your account
Workspaces are approved by us before they are created. You are responsible for the accounts you invite into your workspace and for the documents you upload. Your administrators control who sees what.
Your content stays yours
The documents you upload remain your property. We store and process them only to run the service for you. On termination you can export your library; after a reasonable wind-down period we delete it.
Plans and payment
Standard runs on shared infrastructure and is billed per the plan you selected. Enterprise is contracted separately and includes a dedicated database, a custom subdomain, and optional on-premise deployment. Non-payment may result in a workspace being suspended; suspension blocks access but does not delete your data.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service up, but Standard is provided without a formal uptime guarantee. Enterprise agreements can include a service level commitment.
Changes
We will tell you before these terms change in a way that materially affects you.
