What we collect
When you request a workspace or contact our sales team we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, country, and anything you write in the message field. When you use DRM Suite we store the documents you upload and the activity needed to run the service — who uploaded what, who approved what, and when.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide the service you signed up for, and to keep the audit trail that document governance requires. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train anything.
Where it lives
Standard workspaces run on shared, managed infrastructure. Enterprise customers get a dedicated database and can be deployed on their own servers, in which case their documents never leave their infrastructure.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will act on it.
